Kumpari is operated by a sole proprietor in Austria, and Austrian law applies. “Miktoya” (miktoya.com) and “Kumpari” (kumpari.com) are a trading name and a product name respectively. The contracting party and responsible person is the natural person named above; he is not entered in the Firmenbuch (Austrian commercial register) and therefore does not carry a registered company name (Firma) within the meaning of the Unternehmensgesetzbuch (UGB, Austrian Commercial Code).
Business purpose
Development and operation of the software “Kumpari” – an app and web application with which groups record, split and settle shared expenses. Kumpari is not a payment service and does not move money.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). If you have a complaint, please email us first; we will try to find an amicable solution.
